The checkout worked fine, but uh, it felt a little slow to me. I had to wait a bit between pages, which wasn’t a huge deal, just not as quick as I was expecting

The location is kind of far for me, and parking was annoying. On top of that, I got transferred around when I called, which just made the whole experience more frustrating than it needed to be.

"Nice little perk"
I’m into the loyalty points tbh. They actually stack up after a few visits, which is kinda clutch. Sometimes they take a minute to show up, but overall I’m happy with it.

"Smooth pickup, but a little acknowledgment would’ve been nice"
I ordered online and picked everything up in store the same day. My stuff was ready when I got there, and the guy at the counter was actually nice. I didn’t have to wait long at all, which I appreciated. That said, there was a small mix-up with the pickup info, and I kind of expected at least a quick apology for the confusion. Overall it was still smooth, and I’d probably use it again...

Stopped in as a rec customer and it was alright. The staff was friendly enough and they had a decent selection on the menu, but the prices felt kinda high to me. The wait was longer than I expected too, which was a bit annoying. Not a bad experience, just not amazing either. I’d probly go back if I was already nearby.

Verilife actually had a much better selection than I expected. I was able to find the flower and edibles I wanted easily, and it was nice seeing different brands and sizes available. The only thing that annoyed me a bit was that some of the communication wasn’t very clear, so I had to double-check a few things instead of just knowing what to expect. Overall, good experience, just wish they made the details easier to understand

The ordering part was mostly fine, like nothing really went wrong there, but the security process felt slower than I expected. I had to verify a few things and at first I wasn’t totally sure what they needed from me, so I was kind of sitting there thinking, okay, did I miss something or is this just the process? I get why they do the extra checks, it makes sense, but it could definitely be a little smoother and clearer. Not a bad experience overall, just mildly annoying in the moment.

"Delivery was a bit late, but still okay"
I was in a relaxed mood, so I didn’t mind too much, but the delivery did show up a little later than I expected. It still came the same day, and the driver was really nice. The only thing that threw me off was the tracking, since it didn’t seem very accurate

I hopped on verilife.com mostly just to check the menu, though I ended up looking at the store info too because, you know, hours and pickup details always matter at the last second. The site was straightforward. Pages loaded without any issues, and I didn’t feel like I was wandering through five different menus just to find basic stuff. The filters took me a minute to get used to, but after that they were actually helpful. The checkout or reserve part was clear too, which I appreciated because that’s usually where websites start getting weird. Overall, good experience and easy to use.

"Pretty reliable menu updates"
I really appreciate that they keep the menu updated most of the time. I’ve always felt like places that stay on top of that stuff are usually better run, and this kind of confirms it for me. It’s saved me from driving over for something that’s already sold out. It’s not perfect every single time, but compared to most places I’ve tried, it’s definitely way more reliable.

"Honestly, I was impressed"
I’ve ordered from verilife.com a few times now my first reaction was just, “Okay, this is actually really solid.” The flower has been fresh every time, nothing dry or questionable, and the edibles were exactly what I expected. Nothing over-the-top or fancy, just good, consistent stuff. Prices feel fair too, and I like not having to guess what I’m getting. Easy 5 stars from me

Verilife usually has what I’m looking for in stock, which makes things way easier. I don’t have to waste time checking a bunch of other places, you know? Maybe it’s just me, but that makes ordering feel a lot less annoying.

Everything was exactly as it should have been, and I really don’t have any complaints. The whole experience was straightforward, nothing seemed off or confusing, and I didn’t run into any problems along the way. It all worked out correctly, which is always nice when you’re just hoping for a simple, hassle-free experience.

"Online stock was wrong"
I checked the online menu before heading over because it said the item was in stock, but when I got to the store they didn’t have it. Kind of frustrating since I made the trip specifically for that. Weirdly, I remember the guy in front of me buying only a single bottle of hot sauce, which somehow made the whole wasted trip stick in my mind more.
